Work Schedule

Tues, 10/21: 9am —Squeeze Kraut and Cabbage, Prepare and Cook mixture

   6pm —Make Kraut Logs 

Wed, 10/22:  9am —Peel, chop, cook potatoes and

 make potato mixture and logs

   6pm —Make rest of potato logs

Thurs, 10/23:  8am —Make Pirohi

   6pm —??continue to make Pirohi if necessary

Fri, 10/24:  8am —Make and Sell Pirohi (11am)

 

We need several ingredients includingincluding: flour (150 lbs), eggs (12 dozen), and margarine (40 lbs). For anything but the flour, please talk with Fr. Stephen before you purchase the ingredients. Thank you.
